in need of a tried and true baked chicken and rice?
Just realized I have work this evening and I have 3 chicken cutlets that I would like to bake with rice, mushrooms to save some time. Weren't there some old Campbell soup recipes? Just wanted to make something easy for my family to heat and eat, Any suggestions would be appreciated :0 )

Ooops, I just read that you want it to be fast...well, try this on another day, anyway...it's really good.
Maybe just cook the rice with sauteed onions, celery, and mushrooms in chicken broth with the cut-up chicken? Thyme or poultry seasoning would be easy and good.
