  1. For a quick fall meal, it's a deal.

    1. I've never had it but recently saw an article about it in The Star:

If they're talking about the size I've seen in Costco, I can't imagine someone thinking a quarter of a pie was a serving. I wouldn't buy one except when feeding a crowd...8 at least.

      2. Ours was a little salty but otherwise good

I found the Costco chicken pot pie to be inconsistent and definately too salty.

They are just too darned big for my household. But my costco (montgomeryville pa) has something new: Rotisserie chicken and dumplings. You have to bake them for an hour and they were right near the pies. The leftovers nuke up nicely with no worries about sogginess/getting dried out. Perfect for crisp fall weather here in Pa.

        2. I love it too! However, it's too much food for just me and hubby. Plus, I live in SoCal and it doesn't get cold enough to have such a heavy meal. But it would have been perfect for the days when we were shoveling snow in Ohio!

today, in So CA, would be a perfect day for this.

          2. Costco chicken pot pie used to be a favorite for a quick, special meal with visiting family. The one we bought in Jan, 2012 was TOO SALTY! We all agreed on this and were so disappointed. We are realizing that most of the Costco-prepared foods are too salty ...

That's a pretty broad statement, can you be more specific.
