Where to find Guittard or Valrhona chocolate?

Hi, I just wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can find either Guittard or Valrhona chocolate bars and cocoa powder in the Austin area? Also as most of the grocery stores carry the ghirardelli kind, how does that chocolate compare to guiitard or valrhona? Thanks! :)

I've bought Guittard baking discs at Central Market, and I know that WF used to carry Valrhona. Pretty sure they still do.

I am not sure of the exact brands, but central market carries some better chocolates in both the bulk section, and usually they have a display near the cheese section.. I go to the one on north lamar/38th

Yeah I'm pretty sure I've seen valrhona in the bulk section at CM.

Central Market carries bulk Calebaut. Restaurnat Depot also carries 11lb bars for around $40 (milk or white). I'm so tempted. There's something sexy about an 11lb bar of white chocolate that I just Have To Have It.

I've been buying in bulk from Chocosphere, but I used to get Valrhona chocolate bars and cocoa powder at Whole Foods. They probably still carry it.
