YYC - Looking for a goose to roast...

Any ideas at which butcher shop or where to find one? Perhaps the Hutterites at the market? For this upcoming Thanksgiving weekend.

I'm pretty sure I've seen them in the frozen section at some Chinese grocers.

I'm pretty sure it's open season right now. Do you know any hunters? It would be kind of neat to have a fresh goose on the table.

Sorry, my grandpa used to bag a goose or two for the holidays... it brought back fond memories when I read your question.

Try Bon Ton, they might have or be able to order one in.
