Blue Hill at Stone Barns Lunch and Experience Recommendations

I have reservations for a Sunday lunch at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and am looking for recommendations on how to best enjoy the experience. I have heard it is worth taking the time to explore the grounds/agricultural center and am wondering how much time to dedicate, what to see, etc. Also, what is the best way to dress for an agricultural tour/formal dining experience? Thanks in advance for all of your advice!

I usually leave my jacket in the rental car and wear dress boots. My fiance simply wears tennis shoes, jeans, and a top and changes in the large bathrooms on the ground floor of the barn before we head over to the restaurant. to find those restrooms, just ask where the hay barn/building with the silo rooms is. the bathrooms are in there.

When I went in June, we arrived at around 4pm via train then cab for a 6:30pm dinner reservation, which was a good amount of time to walk around the grounds of the farm. We did felt a little awkward in our nicer clothing walking around, though.
