FRESH HOUSE MADE MOZZARELLA IN MIAMI

Looking for fresh, warm, house made mozzarella and burrata. Not the kind you see at the supermarket in a plastic container with funky water. Looking to find an authentic Italian shop that makes it daily? Does this exist?

  1. Mozzarita in pompano beach is a fresh mozzarella producer in south Florida. They supply many of the restaurants here. You can go to their production facility and purchase burrata and other fresh cheese. The owner, Vito, is a cheese maker from Italy and is as authentic as they come.
