Bridal shower location in dallas/plano/frisco area?
For a girly place, I'd try Rise no.1 on Lovers Lane. It's a souffle restaurant and is generally patronized by a crowd comprised of at least 95% women. You could also do a tea at the Adolphus Hotel downtown, if you want something a little more old-world traditional.

Are you looking for a daytime or evening venue? Do you want something fancy or lowkey? How big is the group? Just a meal or someplace where you can play those embarrassing hen-party games afterwards too? Here are some suggestions across the board, but more details on what you're looking for would be helpful.
If you want something fun for a girls night out, then Gloria's in Addison might work - you can have a meal and then stay on for dancing with the live latin band.
Further north, groups of girls love the health-conscious menu at Seasons52 and then you can head across the street to party at Sambuca.
There was a bridal shower tea party at Lavendou last time I was there - they have a little back area that works well, but I find the quality of their afternoon tea service to be lacking for my tastes. That being said, most folks aren't as particular about afternoon tea as I am. =)
If you can venture further south, then the second floor of Kenichi (Victory Park) can handle a group as can the second floor of Eno's Pizza Tavern (Bishop Arts) and both offer food that is easily shareable.
The patio on Saint Anns is spectacular and they have a few tables with bench-type seating that work well for groups of 6-10, but service and food aren't the best.
