21st Birthday Dinner and Drinks in DC

Going out to celebrate my daughter's 21st with family and some of her friends. Looking for a fun, young, relaxed atmosphere AND a full bar! Any quirky or cool moderately-priced restaurants we should try? Thanks.

I would head over to Masa 14. The cuisine is Latin/Asian fusion small plates. Lots of fun options and could for a group celebration. And they have delicious drinks!!!

The Passenger could be fun. Laid-back environment, funky cocktails, and high-end bar food.

I like The Passenger too. If you are no more than eight, you could try to commandeer the one room to the left past the bar.

I love Passenger, but it's not necessarily a dinner place with the parents. But it would be great for cocktails AFTER dinner. Maybe dinner at Zaytinya first?

Marvin, Cork, St Ex or Estadio would all be fun, lively options as well.

Cork and Estadio don't take reservations so that might make it hard for a larger sized group.
