Where do they serve a cheese souffle in LA?

Please help. I have a need (beyond a craving) for a cheese souffle, but I am unable to find the most rarified or the most passe restaurant in Los Angeles that serves one. What happened? Any ideas about where one might be found would be appreciated.

      Literati has an herbed goat cheese souffle.

      And according to Menu Pages, Thyme Cafe in Lomita has goat cheese souffle...
