Bulk Chicken Skins?
I've never seen that, and I generally make a point of checking out the weird meats of whatever store I'm in.
I do have a bunch of rendered chicken fat, if that's what you're looking for. Because if you're making chicken liver spread, I'll hand it over if you bring me some.
I think Fiesta might be the best place to ask, they seem up for damn near anything in the meat department.
I have skins and fat that I save and render, usually from breast and thighs. I use the fat for frying potatoes, usually, and the skins gets eaten as chicharon manok (Filipino style). I just like to buy them in bulk rather than having to save them up for a few months at a time. And maybe try some skin wrapped gravy bites (OK, so yes - I did see the article ;-) Right now I have more fat than I need, I want skin, baby!
