... and I'm coming back in mid October on a business trip. I'll be staying in Pennington, and hope to spend the weekends before and after my workweek of meetings with my family and friends. Is there anything new in the area worth checking out? I was thinking I'd hit a diner or two, hit the Inn of the Hawke in Lambertville and have some Trenton pizza. But are there any new restaurants I should check out in Hamilton, Lambertville/New Hope or Princeton?

Re: The Peacock Inn

It's been reported that The Peacock Inn will move to a prix fixe menu only. The least expensive option will go for $58 pp. I looked at the Peacock's web site and it mentions only the $58 option.

If you haven't been to The Peacock Inn, in Princeton, I highly recommend it. We've had two exceptionally delicious meals there within the past couple of months. Service is pleasant and attentive, and the surroundings are attractive and comfortable.

The former owner of Rouget in Newtown is opening a new place in Lambertville called Brian's. May not be open if you come mid October but keep an eye out for it. He did great food in Newtown.

I haven't been there yet but the Poseidon Mediterranean Bar & Grill in Robbinsville, NJ has finally opened. This was the old Santino's Bar One.
