Refreezing question regarding pieces of cider donuts.

Late wednesday night I defrosted, cut into 1" pieces and dried some cider donuts I had been hoarding for bread pudding. But I ran out of time and never got to make it. Can I refreeze these donut pieces to make the bread pudding another day? Thanks in advance :)

The quality won't be great or eating out of hand but should still work fine for bread pudding.
