That's just gonna end up in arguments here.

Put 'best sushi' into the search function and read some of the reports.

Just because it is expensive doesn't make it the best experience.

Yet, you will have to fight it !! After my last month 100 pieces (can I make star ?), the last best one will be in my opinion Kozasa, but I prefer to not make many comments on a 1st impression face !!! 
The sushi that respond to my phone call (=I did) 'i am hungry!!!' is Sukiyabashi Jiro. Even I am alone, and the 20 pieces will be surely not enough, Ono-San will give me the apart from menu pieces with protection, dignity and no wait..yes this is my best one !!!
It is a living experience, so my thoughts will change month by month.
