Quote marks in post titles not parsing correctly in page titles

""Connection has timed out" message" here on Site Talk turns into ""Connection has timed out" message" on the page title. I haven't gone looking for others but I assume it's the same everywhere.

By the "page title", if you're referring to what appears at the top of the browser window, then this one needs to be dealt with also: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/808437

Engineering, I suspect this is a problem for every post that has quotes in the title, and that there's not much need to report individual instances? If I'm wrong and specific posts would help, please advise what you'd need.
