Looking for hard, chocolate candies

Jpan99 Sep 29, 2011 11:15 AM

Years ago there was a candy called Tastations. They were hard chocolate candies to suck on. No filling, just hard candy that was chocolate flavored.

I'm looking for something similar. Not chocolate caramel, like Riesen, just hard candy. Sees has mini version of their pops which I like, but I don't live in Sees country and it gets expensive to ship a couple of small boxes of those.

Does anyone know of anything similar that's available nation wide? I think Werthers used to have chocolate flavored hard caramels but I don't see them on the website.

Chocolate tootsie roll pops. I know they have a chewy center but they are the only chocolate flavored hard candy I know. You can have the outside and thow the inside away when you get to it.

After just a quick search I came up with these sugar free chocolate flavored hard candies:

Thanks, but sugar-free isn't an option.

Check your local mall--holidays are just around the corner and See's usually has a seasonal "cart" in my mall of choice (I'm in CT). Also, Lord & Taylor seems to sell See's (HA! tongue twister for ya!) at holiday time, too.

Yes, they have a holiday kiosk near me between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I just don't think the mini pops are ever available. I'll check again this year, if not I'll just order a bunch. Haven't found anything else yet to substitute for them.

Sign up for their online updates. This year if you ordered early for some holiday (I think Easter or maybe Mothers Day) they had free shipping. Maybe they will also do so for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
