Bacehlorette Party in Napa end of Jan- Need some suggestions!

Hello! I am actually the bride, so I know I should let everyone else do the work, but I can tell people are getting stressed out planning my Bach Party, so I want to help. We are staying at the Westin Napa Verasa and have hired Platypus to drive all 15 of us around in a private tour. We want to pick the wineries so please help with suggestions for large groups. I have been to Napa twice in the past year and love Frogs Leap, Pride and Mumm. I am a big white wine drinker, but can handle some red. I think we should be able to fiind some two for one tastings since it is low season. Also suggestions for dinner would be great. I dont want the girls to have to spend a lot on dinners. I already know we will go to UVA Thursday night and then Friday and Saturday are open... PLEASE HELP!!!

Domaine Carneros is a very picturesque spot and great with groups. I find it's nice to start with bubbly in the morning. You might also try Cornerstone in Yountville. they are doing some good whites (and reds) and do a nice group setup. Another suggestion is Sterling. The tram ride is great and they have a wide variety of wine. You walk around the "castle" stopping every few minutes to try new wine.

You might have a little trouble getting a big van/bus up to Pride... and it's a long drive up/down if that's the only place on the mountain you're planning to visit. Personally, I think they've really gone downhill ever since Foley left as well.

Well this is all so great to know and I really appreciate it! I will look into both Domaine Carneros and Cornerstone.

For the size of your group, one of the more affordable dinners you should do is upstairs at Zuzu. They don't normally take reservations, but I have known them to reserve the upstairs for groups of that size and a pre-ordered set of tapas (I have done that a number of times and it works great).

Honestly, 15 is a hard-sell for restaurants without a guaranteed pre-fixe menu and for a budget, you are going to struggle a bit. Other places that will accommodate you is Angele, Grace's Table, and the private room at Brix.

Thank you very much! I will definitely look into Zuzu's. What about Norman Rose? My fiance and I went there one of the days we were in town and loved it and I think they have a private room too.
