Best restaurant in town - regardless of budget?

I'd like to buy a good friend of mine, and her husband, a gift certificate to a great restaurant. Hopefully something romantic. This is a "thank you" gift. They never get to go out much b/c they have two kids. I don't care about the price. It's worth it!

Any suggestions?
