Thanksgiving in Santa Cruz County

Is anyone familiar with the Thanksgiving buffets in the Santa Cruz area? Which are good and which are to be avoided?

sorry i just saw this post. for next year, try the Chamenade in Santa Cruz. The buffet is actually quite good (for such things...).

Not buffets, but Opentable indicates that Clouds Downtown and Hoffman's will be open on Thanksgiving. After the Restaurant Impossible makeover, Hoffman's should be pretty interesting. I've not been to either at all, so can't offer any opinions.

We ended up going to the Thanksgiving buffet at Bittersweet Bistro. We really enjoyed it. I only wish I had room to try all the desserts!

I did my apprenticeship @ BB in the late 90's. They are well known for their all house-made desserts, especially the chocolate trio.
