Shawnee Mt and Camelback Mt area....nice restaurant?

Heading to the Shawnee mountain area in January for my mothers 60th birthday celebration. We would love to take her out to a nice restaurant in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations? Ive been finding a lot of bar and grills and steakhouses. We are staying roughly 10 min from Shawnee and 30 min from Camelback. Never been to the area so we are not sure what to expect. Thanks a lot.
