North Jersey , ethnic , good eats ??

To all my.fellow NNJ hounds ..what are some of your favorite ethnic hole in the wall eateries... I'm open to ANY cuisine ..

          1. If you're out in the boonies in NNJ, in Sussex County there is nothing that beats Eastern Garden. Japanese/Chinese in an A&P strip mall but I swear their food is the real deal. I live near Philly and prefer their sushi to most of the places in the "big city" down south or any of our Southern New Jersey places. They also do great tofu dishes and all of their Chinese food is wonderfully fresh. You can ask for stuff off their menu, too.
