Vegetarian/Healthy in Jacksonville

I've tried to do a search, but it seems like it's been a while since anyone addressed the best vegetarian/healthy options in the area. My husband is going for a conference there next week and he is always on the lookout for good vegetarian options, although he still eats chicken and fish on occasion. He won't have a car but is staying downtown near the river.
