Canyon Kitchen I've been hearing great things about this restaurant in Sapphire/Cashiers . Chef is John Fleer formerly of Blackberry Farm in TN

  1. We just had Chef Fleer up in Raleigh/Durham for a Stir the Pot event for Southern Foodways Alliance. He made a great Brunswick Stew with Rabbit. I'd give it a try if that is what you are asking the board.

    1. Any idea about price? The online menus look great, but the studied absence of any price info worries me a bit.

        It looks to me like it's table d'hôte. Why don't you give them a call and find out for sure.
