healthy bar recipe needed

We are doing a fundraiser walk in a few weeks and volunteers are baking goods to hand out. I'd like to make some kind of healthy bar cookie that still tastes good. Want a recipe without nuts as someone is making ones with nuts so like to option of nut free.

Doesn't have to have all kinds of things like flaxseed, etc., mainly just lowfat.

    If you use the Quaker disappearing oatmeal cookie recipe, replacing the butter with equal amounts of mashed bananas, and make them slightly bigger than the usual cookie, you end up with a nice cakey banana/oatmeal bar. You can add dried fruits of all sorts, coconut, you name it.

      Maybe something like this blueberry oatmeal bar that's low in fat? This recipe definitely needs more sugar since it isn't that sweet as written:
