      Cantonese? Szechuan? Fujian? Hunan? There are a number of different Chinese cuisines, and a plethora of choices for each.

          If you want Sichuan, don't miss out on Szechuan Gourmet in Midtown; others like Lan Sheng more and also Cafe China is getting some interest. There's also Legend in Chelsea, as well as the Grand Sichuan International empire (West Village, St Marks, Chelsea).
