Storage advice for leftover gravlax
Made a big side of salmon for a party last night and have about 1 lb. left over, which as I am a single person, could last WAY too long. Questions - can I freeze the leftovers in serving size portions and defrost at a later date? How long would that keep? If not storage in the freezer, how long will this last in the fridge? Aside from combining with some cream cheese and chives for a bagel spread, what other uses can I have to multi-purpose the gravlax? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

It will easily last a week in the fridge. I've never been a fan of lox and eggs but a lot of people like it.
I often brine and cold smoke a side to make Nova Lox.
My wife and I will usually go through a pound or more in a week. Mostly eaten with a little cream cheese on some type of bread. Not always bagels. I get creative with the toppings. Just a short list of examples; thin slices of grape tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, arugula, capers, caper berries...Each day something different.
