Mexican on UES?
Looking for good Mexican on the UES for a Saturday nite. 4 people getting together who haven't seen either other for a while, so would like to be able to hear what my friends are saying (if thats possible). Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thanks.
The newer El Paso Taqueria on Lexington @104th Street is the most comfortable and attractive of the 3 locations. When I was there recently with 3 others we had a large table, very good food and service, and definitely not too noisy for conversation.

I really like Maz Mezcal, and their margaritas are awesome! I went with a party of four and we had a wonderful time catching up. Be sure to get the banana dessert, they will come and cook the dish right in front of you!

Not your traditional Mexican, but I like Itzocan Bistro on 101 and Lexington.
