lunch between BWI and Great FAlls

I'm picking guests up at the airport and taking them to Great Falls. Any suggestions for lunch? Asian preferred.

Grace Garden is the most fantastic "crummy but great" restaurant. The food is off the charts, the setting isnt and be prepared. It is BYOB if you want some wine or beer. some of the special dishes require advance notice so go to gracegardenchinese.com and read the couple of menus and if you want a dish that requres advance notice, call them. and check out the very lengthy post on chowhound regarding GG and all of the ooooo's and aaaahhhhhs!

Well, it's a long, long way from BWI to Great Falls (Maryland or Virginia side of the Falls?).

If you'd like to eat much, much closer to the Airport, Grace Garden is the obvious choice. (Check out the very long and accurate threads on the Board.) Closer to GF, I'd go to Sichuan Pavillion in Rockville, which continues to amaze. Steve is right about Ruan Thai, but it's a bit out of your way.

Ruan is actually a pretty ease trip on that route. You take the University Ave. exit off the Beltway and Ruan is just off university when you hit Wheaton. Then you can take either Georgia or Connecticut back to 495.

Ruan Thai in Wheaton. Although the following report is from a few years ago, it is still applicable, especially the watercress appetizer and the boneless duck. Both great.
