Cooking lessons for steamed buns in Singapore Dec 2011

I will be passing through Asia in early December, and would like to allocate time to learn how to make proper steamed buns. The popular cooking schools such as Shermays, Coriander, Palate Sensations do not happen to offer the course during the brief time I'll be in town. Any other cooking schools I might have missed.

    Never tried it but perhaps this: www.culinary.com.sg
    (ref Timeout mag's description: http://www.timeoutsingapore.com/resta...

    )

    Other possibilities (you'll have to check them out closer to the date I suspect) may be those group classes often held at community centres, or Phoon Huat (local bakery supplies store which often runs their own classes to promote baking - over the Mid-Autumn Festival period they did a series of mooncake classes). HTH.
