Bubble tea in Marin?

Preferably the kind made with fresh fruit? Or do I need to make a trip to Ranch 99 in Richmond or Clement St.?

    I'm pretty sure Mauna Loa Hawaiian BBQ in downtown San Rafael (3rd St.) has bubble tea. They also have a shave ice machine.
