Sky Bar? Good view of DC?

I have friends coming in from out of town and I'm looking for a hip place to have drinks tonight where they can get a cool view of the city, or just a roof deck maybe. Does anyone know of anything, all I can think of is the rotating lounge in Pentagon City and we don't want to venture out of the city. Thanks!

Rooftop bar at the Washington Hotel. Look down on the White house and the Treasury

There may be other more spectacular places (as above) but the rooftop of the Washington Hotel is THE traditional "movers and shakers" view.

It is now the W Hotel and is the POV Lounge I referred to above just so you know.

I wouldn't recognize hip if it stepped on my toes with 4 inch heels but maybe the upper level bar at the Rosslyn Marriott would be cool. Haven't been, but like the view from ground level, 15 floors up it should be even better.
