Myrtle Beach SC to Supply NC - any 'don't miss' spots?

Curlz Sep 24, 2011 05:41 AM

Heading down in a few weeks for a family wedding in NC; the ride up from MB will allow us to stop for lunch, but we need to get north fairly quickly so we can get to the rehearsal dinner. A few days later, we'll do the reverse route and have a tad more time.

Any suggestions along the main Low Country route north/south for lunch? Good breakfast spots in/near Supply? From what I gather, we're headed to a truly laid-back beach town (yay!), but food's pretty hard to come by. I know we'll hit Provisions for dinner one night, so any other ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

ETA: We'll also have one dinner and one breakfast in Myrtle Beach...ANY options other than chains??

I second Cafe Old Vienna. On King's Hwy above 37th St. in a shopping center. Very small but good and authentic.
