Don't know if patterns have emerged yet but in case .. Is it better (less pressured, less of a wait) to go on the early side (I don't know when they open but say 6:30 or before)? Are certain days more pleasant, others less (e.g., Friday at the bar?)

  1. I think it's better to go on the early side. My visit (the meal I posted on this board a few days ago) was last Friday and I arrived at 6pm. Half of the 8 seats were open at the time. By the time I left around 8pm, there was a party of 4 waiting. I guess I didn't stay late enough to know what the bar situation's like late in the evening. Perhaps, you should give the restaurant a call. They should be familiar with the best times to dine at the bar.

Of course, the wait also depends on your party-size. The larger your party, the higher likelihood you'll have to wait due to the logistics of having to seat your party together.
