What to cook in LC buffet pan?

I just got my first LC piece, a red buffet. I believe it's 30 cm across and 5 qt. Basically a big saute pan, maybe a little deeper, if you haven't seen that piece. I'm excited to use it but realized I'm not sure what to cook in it! I know it's supposed to be good for braising (which I've never done). What else would you use it for? I'm new to this whole cast iron world!

      Could you be a little more specific? I need some concrete ideas. Thanks!

        Think Boeuf Bourguignon or other beef stews. short ribs, brisket, osso buco, chicken with rice, chicken fricassee, coq au vin, lamb navarin. Low and slow cooking both on top the stove and in the oven. It's worth its weight in gold. Really.

      1. I braised some chicken thighs and they turned out pretty good. I loved being able to make a sauce and have it actually reduce and thicken up like it's supposed to! I will probably use it for risotto soon, although that doesn't take advantage of the fact that the pan can go in hte oven.
