Mexican chorizo ??

Looking for some good Mexican chorizo, any recs. would be great, thanks.

    Prairie Pride Farm sells some at the StP Farmers market that is very tasty, not very spicy though.

          I picked some up at Surdyk's along with manchego and membrillo back around Christmas time but have found all three, in acceptable versions, at Eagan's Kowalski's as well.
