Good Eats Suggestions: Easton, St. Michaels, Tilghman Island, Unionville Area?

Heading out to Easton area this weekend and looking for some good eats. High end/local/interesting and also get-your-fingers dirty wonderful local seafood/produce. I've looked at past boards, but not much on there recently/this season.

High end suggestions include:
Bartlett Pear Inn
Masons Gourmet
The Inn at Perry's Cabin
209 Talbot

Fresh, casual and inexpensive:
BBQ Joint
Out of the Fire (pizza)
Hollys (Kent Narrows)

Anyone have any updates/additions/strong opinions of these places, or others?

It was also suggested that Crisfield/ Tilghman Island are great for oysters in season. Does anyone have specific thoughts as to where to go to get said oysters/seafood? How about for local produce/fruit picking/ other foodie excursions in the area/on the way from/to DC?

In St. Michaels, we have very strong opinions about Ava's. We love the wood fired pizza, mussels, meatball sliders, salads, beer selection (by St. Michaels/eastern shore standards) and the patio. Emphasis on fresh, casual but nice, moderately priced.

we ate at 209 Talbot about a year ago. It was good, maybe a little pricy for what it was, but solid and a good wine list.

Also at BBQ Joint, which I wanted to like, but was underwhelmed.
