Nice Lunch Restaurant for 25-30 Financial Advisors in SOMA/Financial District/Union Sq?

I'm looking for a recomendation for a nice restaurant in the Financial District/SOMA/Union Sq for a lunch with about 25-30 people during the week. It will be a group of financial advisors and we'd prefer to be in a private room. I don't want to spend more than $2,000. All types of food will work. We are really just looking for a comfortable place with good food at the right price.

Amber India...upscale; food tends to be heavy but lunch buffet is usually a great value.

PERBACCO has a very nice private space and the food is excellent. Le Charm on 5th and Folsom is a great French Bistro, and on a nice day, they have a beautiful enclosed patio.

I guess I'll be the voice of dissent here. I looked at Perbacco's private room for my ~30 person wedding reception and was really disappointed. Dark, long, narrow, little natural light, and half of the room is made up of curtains which divide it from the other diners, as opposed to an actual wall. It didn't feel private or nice, which is a pity because the food is indeed excellent.
