Looking for Lop Cheung's cousin, "Far Chong"
I've been enjoying this tasty sausage for years at Paul's in Downtown, but haven't found anything close to thiers, restaurant or store bought(Miko is close), much less a recipe.I've had it elsewhere but it's more like Hillshire Farms.Not sure if that's the norm for this but it would be like losing an old friend if Paul's quit.I know the recipe is in some old time church cookbook from way back in someone's cupboard, next to the Hom Yu(I have that).Please help!
