One Lunch and One Dinner in NO

I have a trip coming up in October and with everything else going on I only have Saturday open to go eat on my own. I have spent hours looking over posts and there are so many suggestions and I do wish I had more time to explore and try them, but I do not.

So I ask you...

1 lunch and 1 dinner on a Saturday to get the best that this area has to offer.

I would go with Galatoire's for lunch, and then stress over either Brigtsen's, or Restaurant August for dinner - leave plenty of time between the two meals!
