Boneless, tied turkey breast - WWYD?
I bought a boneless turkey breast last night, that came pre-tied. Originally I was going to cut off the ties and make a turkey roulade, but events have conspired so that I only have a short window of "active" time, to pull together dinner tonight. How would you prepare? Was thinking just olive oil, s & p, herb rub, and roast at 425, but it feels so boring.
