Seeking the best Ceasar salad in Virginia Beach

Hello All! I am desperate for a good Ceasar salad. I prefer them to be strong flavored with really good croutons. I work near the courthouse so I would appreciate any recommendations nearer here than out at the beach. Thanks!!!

Its going to be tough around the courthouse area. Can't think of any off the top of my head. However, if you want a mind blowing ceasar experience and are willing to drive to downtown Norfolk, the chef at Vintage Kitchen makes a version of a ceasar salad that will change your life. He even grills the romaine lettuce. Sounds weird but it works.
