Memphis in September

Did anyone go to or compete in this past weekend's ASBEE World Kosher Barbecue Championship? I'd love to hear a first-hand account,

    For everyone who is interested, "the Anshei" has updated their website with the winners. I heard it was a wonderful and delicious event!

        Barney Abis of "The Meat Machers" gave us his "recipe" in 2007:

        The word I received from Dad who was on of the original 8 copetitors - 50 teams participated - largest turn out ever -
