Best Cuban-style whole fish?

Can anyone give me quick help on finding a great Cuban restaurant that serves Cuban-style whole fish? Just visiting for a few days - remember having fish like that last time I was in the area, but don't remember where! We don't need fancy, but good atmosphere and great food are neccessary. Thanks for quick response so we can hopefully go tonight!

It's Latin-American style (I believe owned by Venezuelans whose style of cooking is not too far off from Cuban) and a pretty popular place for Latin Americans.
