Aria has some good lunch choices, Julian Serrano , being my favorite. It's a 3-5 minute walk from Vdara.

From the Vdara you have access to all of the Aria restaurants, as well as the Cosmopolitan, within walking distance. The tram over to the Bellagio is also an easy walk. There are plenty of threads on this board that cover all three properties. You have options across the food spectrum without having to get into a taxi.

One of the more popular lunch specials on the Strip is Milos three course meal ($20.11) in the Cosmopolitan.

3-course $20.11 lunch at Milos in the Cosmopolitan is probably the best high end deal in Las Vegas at the present time:

There is a covered walkway from Vdara to Bellagio. No need to get lost wandering around Crystals fiasco trying to board a tram.

Todds English Pub is decent for lunch and fairly casual.

+1 On Milos and I wouldn't recommend the PUB as we paid over 100$ for two (lobster rolls and two apps and beer) and were still not full for lunch.

Milos is a great answer. That should have been my original response.

And I agree Todd English PUB is lackluster.
