Toaster Oven and Slow Cooker Quagmire

I just moved into a new place, but the gas isn't hooked up yet and, as a consequence, I basically have no oven or burners. I have a toaster oven with temperature settings and a slow cooker. I cook a lot, so I am tired of eating out due to the craziness of the move. I have brainstormed some ideas for what to cook, but I was wondering if anyone here had some suggestions. I like to eat a lot of greens and very little meat, and since eating out on the go this past week, I would like to get back into my normal food routine, so any ideas thereof would be much appreciated.

  1. Do you have a pan for the toaster oven? If you've got one that fits you can cook up some decent chicken legs in there and have a side salad. I don't see a need for a starch but you do, buy some rolls at the grocery store and heat in the oven.

    Pita pizza is always popular.

    Bean salad from canned beans?

How many do you have to cook for and how long until you get get your gas hooked up? You may just have to tough it out until then.
