Weekday cooking classes

I am looking for daytime classes during the weekday, 2 hours to all day is fine, any price, for a visiting chowhound who needs daytime, weekday classes - not night or weekend. LA or westside fine.

http://www.culinaryclassroom.com/ - While the calendar looks like it's mostly not during the days/times you requested as far as I can tell, I'd call Chef Eric and see if he has anything during the times you need. Since you mentioned "any price," maybe he'd even do private lessons.
