we recently tried this place

- room is itself good, tables, bar, lighting etc, all good except the thumping pseudo music

- service good , food delivered quickly and on point

-however the food itself quite left us nowhere
-salads ok
bronzino fair/ok
musrooms ok
spinach ok
bread weak
olive oils ok

would we go back…not sure perhaps give it one more try

We recently went to the highly touted Happy Hour here and... it's forgettable. A beautiful environment. An unfriendly bartender, the $8 drinks are in designer but small glasses. The "free" food plate described on their website and a recent Liz Johnson blurb is a joke, they give you one plate per PARTY. Our party of four got 1 plate, which added up to one small bite each. Party of 2, same plate. Come alone, same plate. Bad form. Skip the HH here.

You know, I thought the glasses were small. I finished my first glass of wine well before the appetizers showed up and not because I was drinking fast!

Why would you go back? (Not a snarky question, just wondering if you thought your visit was an anomaly and the place deserves a return visit.)

I'd go back for a brunch later in fall. I would give it a second shot, not because it was good, because i think they have potential thx
