A Ton of Kiwis

We just got a fruit of the month gift of a lot of kiwis. Is there anything to do with them besides eat them fresh? Thank you!

      and other than cutting in half, scooping with a spoon w/plenty of fresh lime, this
      recipe is my fav. way to enjoy kiwis.

        I think I was also pleasantly surprised by a kiwi margarita recipe I tried, but I'm afraid I don't know where I found that one; I believe it was some random peron's blog.

          That soda sounds great! My intro to kiwi fruit came in the early 80's, when I was housesitting for friends when the FOTM arrived. I fell in love immediately!

          They make a nice jam, although the color is a bit odd.
