Extreme hot sauces

Hi all

Where should I look for extreme hot sauces in manhattan and can you recommend some mind blowing products to buy there (high scale scoville ratings) ? Thanks

  1. Grand Centeral Market has a decent selection. Also, Kalusyians on 28 and 3rd has a wall of hot sauces. The homemade hot sauce at waterfront ale house on 3nd and 29th is hot and has great flavor. Definitely pick some up.

      Kalustyan's has a rather impressive selection of condiments. I've been working my way through the Caribbean hot sauces, though I have yet to find one I like.
