Mohegan Sun - Birthday dinner

We'll have about a dozen people and want to keep it budget friendly. Narrowed down to Bobbys burger, frank pepe pizza, or soltoro teq grill. Only been to Pepe's before (take out from another location) and know it is very tasty, but sort of want to try something new. Please rank these three in terms of food and atmosphere for a group of late 20s-early 30s celebrating.

May I suggest a 4th option? Margaritaville is a great place for a birthday celebration for your age group. The whole place is a party, the food good and plentiful, great drinks, too!

From your list of three based on ages and celebrating a birthday, I would put Sol Toro number one, Bobby's Burger Palace number 2 and then Pepes.

Sol Toro is my top choice because of the atmosphere and they can put all of you together and you don;t have to stand in line to order and then find seats like BBP. Personally, I don;t think Pepes pizza is anything special to write home about.
