Mexicali Taco Co is gone

I went by last night and there was nothing there but an empty parking lot. Just read on la eater that they are shut down from there. That sucks. I was craving one of those vampiros last night.

They are looking for a new location and are available for catering in the meantime. Some friends and I are seriously considering planning a party just so we can get our fix.

I hope they are able to find something soon!

I posted the new address information on the CH place link and added their twitter feed URL to the link as well and listed them as "reopened". The new map should reflect the change at some point. Maybe someone can put up a new post saying they are back up and operating at the new location?
